What is published here

The articles are written and edited for general information. They are checked and their sources are listed, but they are not professional advice of any kind, and they can be wrong — corrections are made on the post itself when they are. Check anything you rely on against the sources.

Comments

A comment appears under your account on a public page, so write what you would say in public. Comments are held until they have been read, and the site decides what is published. Comments that are abusive, harassing, unlawful, spam, or that share someone else's private information are not published, or are removed later; an account that keeps posting them may be restricted or suspended. Report a comment you think breaks these rules with the report control beside it.

You can edit your own comment for a short time after posting it, and delete it at any time. A deleted comment becomes a “[deleted]” placeholder so the replies under it keep their place.

Your words stay yours

You keep the rights to what you write. By posting a comment you let this site store it and show it alongside the article, in the thread, for as long as it stays published, and you confirm you have the right to post it. The articles themselves belong to the site; quote them briefly with a link, rather than copying them whole.

Your account

One account works across every app run from this project, not just this site, so the address and password you choose are not specific to it. Keep the password to yourself. Deleting your account here removes your reader data and turns your comments into placeholders; the sign-in itself stays, because it belongs to the other apps too.

Emails

Emails about your account are sent when they are needed. Product news and offers are sent only if you opted in, at sign-up or under Account, and you can turn them off there at any time. The newsletter is separate: it has its own sign-up, its own confirmation and an unsubscribe link in every issue.

No warranty

The site is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, and may change or pause at any time. To the extent the law allows, Euxie is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including anything done in reliance on an article or a comment. Questions go to support@euxie.com.
